Some 50 personnel of West Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency have dredged mud in the 40-meter-long water channel on Jalan Panjang, Kedoya Utara Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk.

Kebon Jeruk Sub-district Head Saumun said, due to garbage and mud, the channel was previously often clogged and its water spilled out onto the street around the Green Garden Housing Complex when it rains.

"We have coordinated with the SDA Sub-agency to clean up them (mud and garbage)," he expressed, Friday (7/17).

To conduct it, one unit of combi jetting truck alerted to push garbage and mud from the channel.

"This action is carried out on Wednesday (7/15) and completed on Thursday (7/16)," he closed.
